Layers and layers of paint were used to develop this tiger. I began with tints of brown all the way to a creamy white, then started adding white fur, and snow and finished with blue shadow. This snow tiger has the intent gaze of a wild animal. I like the texture, the tones, the whole feeling of stillness with intensity of this piece. –Donald Ryker
